Your pet may get along with other animals but they do long for the comfort of their own environment and familiar sights, sounds and smells. Some times a pet can suffer from separation anxiety and have a stressful time in an unfamiliar territory. You may also rum the risk exposing your pet(s) to illnesses carried by other pets at a boarding facility or getting into a fight with a more dominant animal. Home is the best place for your pet to be!

All payments are due before or on the first day of service.

Yes! We will set up a free meet and greet prior, that way we get to know the pets and they get to know us before coming to take care of them.

There is an additional fee over all the observed bank, national and religious holidays. TenderLove&Paws will let you know when you book your service.

Yes. Please let us know of your pets individual needs when you first contact us. We can administer medications as long as your pets do not pose a threat to the sitter. We have experienced giving oral and topical medications as well as insulin injections for both cats and dogs.

We kindly request that you provide us with at least 72 hours notice for cancellation or schedule changes for all services, with the exception of our overnight house sitting service. This Allows us to efficiently manage our schedules and accommodate other clients. Providing sufficient notice helps us avoid any inconvenience or charges associated with cancellation.

For our overnight house sitting service, we require a minimum of one weeks notice for cancellations to avoid any charges. If a cancellation is made less than a week prior to the scheduled start date but at least 3 days prior, a 50% charge of the total amount of the reservation will apply. In the event of a cancellation with less than 3 days notice, a 100% charge of the total amount of the reservation will be incurred.

These cancellation policies are in place to ensure fairness to our pet sitters and compensate for their time and effort they have allocated for your reservation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.
